Thunder Paws and Clyde make an ominous observation

One day, the juvenile cats, Clyde and Thunder Paws, came to the front window to conduct their studies of the world and saw for the first time a most frightening beast.

It was an ominous thing to see, this dog that lived two houses away, but I was not worried as the dog lived in a cat house and had never been known to hurt one.

Yet, to Clyde and Thunder, the sighting of the dog was an ominous event.

And sometimes, kittens know more than their foolish humans.

The lessons, when learned, can be hard - so damn hard.

We have a few dogs that live with cats in our neighborhood. We let Zippy decide which dogs are "good dogs" as it seems some that live with cats will only tolerate "their" cat and some that don't live with cats think all kitties are fine kitties and should be their friends.

We hopes that wasn't a mean woofie.

We don't see dogs very often. Our neighbour has a dog who would kill us if we went on his property. That is why we have the big purrizen wall and hedge all around our garden and we are only aloud out in the fields with mum. Sometimes we see the gun dogs. Mum says they are friendly, but we run indoors anyway.
It sounds as if something bad happened with a dog. We are worried now.
